Slack Integration

In addition to website and web app integration, UserStak also offers integration with Slack, a popular team collaboration platform. With Slack integration, you can easily assist your customers on-the-go.

Slack Integration

To integrate UserStak with Slack, simply click on the "Integrate with Slack" option under the Integrations menu in your UserStak dashboard. You will then be directed to the Slack Apps page, where you will need to provide permission for the integration and choose the channel where the messages will be sent.

Once integrated with Slack, each conversation will be created as a new message, and the chat log will be displayed as a thread under that conversation.
