Creating Channels

To create a new channel in UserStak, click the Plus icon on the dashboard. This will take you to the channel creation wizard.

The first step is to name your channel. This is the name that will be displayed on your website or app for the chat widget. Once you have entered the name, click Next.

Next, you will be asked to select the type of widget you want to create. UserStak offers several widget types, including Standard Chat, WhatsApp Chat, Facebook Messenger Chat, and more. Select the widget type that you want and click Next.

The next step is to add users to the channel. These users can act as chat agents or admin/managers who will manage your chat agents. You can assign different roles to different users, depending on their responsibilities and permissions. Once you have added the users to the channel, click Next.

You can now customize the appearance of your chat widget. UserStak offers several customization options, including color scheme, chat window position, and more. You can also add your company logo to the chat widget. Once you have customized the widget to your liking, click Next.

Finally, you can customize the behavior of your chat widget. UserStak allows you to set up a welcome message, offline message, and more. You can also specify the trigger rules that will activate the chat widget on your website or app. Once you have set up the behavior of your chat widget, click Finish to create your new channel.
