Introduction
Once you have signed up and created a Workspace, you will be taken to the UserStak Dashboard. The Dashboard has a user-friendly UI that makes it easy for you to manage your Live Chat support.
On the left side of the Dashboard, you will see a Sidebar with menu options. The Inbox option helps you reply to the chats coming in from the widgets you have integrated. The Analytics option shows the stats of your customer service team. The Documentation option helps you learn the ins and outs of how to use UserStak efficiently. Finally, the Workspace Setting option allows you to manage your billing (if you are the Workspace owner) and also add other users whom you can choose to give admin role or chat agent role.
Below the menu options, you will see the Channels section. This is where you create the chat widgets, integrate and manage them. With UserStak, you can create multiple chat widgets and customise them to suit your brand and website. You can also integrate the widgets with popular messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and more.
The Channels section also provides you with analytics for each of the widgets you create. You can see the number of chats received, the average response time, and more. With this information, you can optimise your Live Chat support and improve your customer service.
